What this service does

You upload a file. We identify it, apply the modification you choose, correct the checksums, and return the result. Files are provided for off-road and motorsport use.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the vehicle, the installation, and for complying with the law and any local regulations where it is used.
• You are responsible for reading the vehicle correctly and for keeping your own backup of the original file before flashing anything.
• Modified files may affect a vehicle's emissions compliance, its warranty, and its insurance. Check before you flash.

Files and accounts

• Files are supplied for the account that bought them and for the vehicle they were prepared from. They are not for resale or redistribution.
• Every file we produce is recorded against the account that bought it.
• Uploads are kept so that work can be reproduced and supported, and are not shared with anyone else.

Billing

Tunes bought on account are invoiced monthly at the prices agreed with you. Updating a file to the latest manufacturer firmware is free.

Warranty

Files are supplied as they are, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from their use.
